Executive coaching relationships prepare high-performers for their next assignment, develop high-potentials, mitigate difficult situations and/or provide entrepreneurs solid business guidance.

Associations and Professional Societies

Strategy development, including principles of Change Management and Execution preparation,  is the typical engagement.  Facilitation of Board retreats is commonplace, especially integrating the role of governance in the strategy development process.
